1. Eligibility and Identification

• Licensed Operators: You must use your valid, official Amateur Radio Callsign as your username.
• Unlicensed / SWL: You must use the prefix "SWL" followed by a 3-character identifier (e.g., SWL123) as your username.
• The use of offensive, impersonated, or fake callsigns is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban.

2. Code of Conduct

This server is an extension of the Amateur Radio community. Users must adhere to standard amateur radio etiquette and international/local communications regulations.

• No profanity, hate speech, political arguments, or inappropriate content.
• Respect the frequency. Yield to emergency communications or Priority Speakers immediately.
• Do not disrupt ongoing QSOs, spam the text chat, or intentionally cause audio interference.

3. RF Gateway Operation (Live Broadcast)

Certain channels on this server (e.g., Official Gateway 9M4GKS) are directly linked to live Radio Frequency (RF) transmitters.

• You acknowledge that your audio in these rooms is broadcasted LIVE over public airwaves.
• You must strictly follow all Amateur Radio rules regarding on-air transmissions.
• Please pause for 1-2 seconds after pressing your Push-To-Talk (PTT) key before speaking to allow hardware links to engage.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

Server administrators reserve the right to mute, kick, or permanently ban any user who violates these terms, at their sole discretion, without prior warning.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This service is provided "as is" for the convenience of the Amateur Radio community. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, server uptime, or specific audio quality. The server owner is not liable for any damages or issues arising from the use of this service.
