1. Information We Collect

When you connect to the server, the Mumble software automatically collects minimal technical data to facilitate the connection, including:

Your chosen Username (Callsign or SWL ID).
Your public IP Address.
Connection timestamps (login and logout times).
The Digital Certificate generated by your client (used for authentication).

2. How We Use Your Information

This data is used strictly for server administration and moderation purposes, such as:

Verifying your identity to reserve your registered username.
Enforcing server rules (e.g., IP banning malicious users).
Monitoring server health and connection stability.

3. Voice Transmission and Audio Data

The core function of this server is voice communication.

No Server-Side Recording: We do not log, record, or store your voice audio on our servers. Your audio is processed in real-time and immediately discarded after delivery to other users in the room.

⚠️ Public Broadcast Warning (RF Gateway): While the server does not record you, audio transmitted in designated RF Gateway rooms is sent to a physical radio and broadcasted live over public radio frequencies. This audio can be heard by anyone with a radio scanner or receiver. Please do not share private or sensitive personal information.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your IP address or connection logs with third parties. Data is kept private and accessible only to the server administrators.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the server constitutes your agreement to the latest policy.
